The information was aquired when I interviewed Don Eduardo Questell Rodriguez on March 3, 2012. It is he who provided the information that the parents of Baldomera are Juan Questell and Juana Feliciana Fonseca from Patillas, Puerto Rico.

Juan (Jean, in French) Questell arrives in Patillas, Puerto Rico in 1820's. I was able to find the digitized original documents of Juan Questell's requesting permission to settle in Puerto Rico. (see documents under "Family Tree" tab under the name Juan Questell)

I'm Juana Feliciana Fonseca

Mother of Baldomera

Presently very little is known of Juana Feliciana Fonseca. (research is on going)
